Twist and Shout at Piedmont Park May 4th

Tuesday, May 4: Musicians, Music-Lovers and Non-Musicians Will Come Together To “Twist and Shout” at Atlanta’s Piedmont Park

Musicians, Non-Musicians, anyone who has ever wanted to learn how to play an instrument and NAMM, the National Association of Music Merchants

National Wanna Play Music Week is designed to educate the public on the proven benefits of playing music and to encourage and inspire people of all ages to pick up any type of instrument and learn how to play

Flash Jam participants will be provided a variety of instruments to create an ensemble musical version of the classic, “Twist and Shout” in support of the belief that anyone can play music

On Tuesday, May 4 (Day 2 of National Wanna Play Music Week) NAMM will be hosting simultaneous Flash Jams in major cities across the country, including Los Angeles, New York City, Cleveland, Nashville, Seattle and Atlanta
