Sunday, May 9 – Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra And Magic Circle Mime Company Perform “Peter and the Wolf”

Conductor Jere Flint will lead the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra and members of the Magic Circle Mime Company in a reenactment of Prokofiev’s beloved musical tale, “Peter and the Wolf.” Kids will be on the edge of their seats as three musicians and a conductor’s assistant outsmart a fearsome wolf that threatens the Orchestra and audience. The Orchestra will also perform Suppé’s Light Cavalry Overture. Concertgoers will have the opportunity to interact with animals from Happy Tails Pet Therapy in the lobby of the Woodruff Arts Center before each performance.
