Southern Nights Chorale to Share Great Music at Annual "Friends and Family Concert" June 19th

The Southern Nights Chorale presents its season-ending “Friends & Family Concert” on Friday, June 19th at 7:30 p.m.. The Chorale will introduce its 2009 repertoire, which include special crowd-pleasers “You Raise Me Up” and “Joshua Fit De Battle of Jericho.”

Everyone is invited to enjoy a melodic evening of popular, sacred and patriotic music performed by this precision, men’s a cappella chorus.

Founded in 2004, the Southern Nights Chorale is achieving widespread recognition, and has been invited to sing at the Governor’s Mansion, Clayton County Performing Arts Center, and Atlanta Braves’ stadium.

As an added feature, locally-acclaimed classical guitarist, Alex Smith, will entertain with several selections that you'll find very moving.

This year’s concert will be held at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, Hwy 54 @Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree City. Admission is free, and the performance will be followed by coffee and dessert.
